Here we are going to talk about the organic post-workout meal. For most of the people, it is not so easy to buy whey protein, or they don't want to spend a lot of money on it. Post-workout meal plays a very essential role in the development of your body. It must contain sugar, fats, carbohydrates and protein. We want instant food which can provide us with all these nutrients. It must be cheap and easy to make. So we need the following ingredients to make our post-workout meal.

Bananas 

Bananas are very important food for all sportsman. As you have seen many players eating bananas during their sports. Bananas are full of micronutrients and micronutrients.
