At mid day we have craving for some snacks. Because we have done our breakfast 3,4 hours before. 
At most of time people eat junk food. Which is not good for our overall health. So we need some alternative which give us energy. Fill our stomach and we can enjoy the taste. 
So, first thing which we can have is.

Bananas.

It is the cheapest and healthiest snack available throughout the glob. It is full of magnesium, potassium, it is also full of vitamin A & B-6. It also have 1g protein and 0.3 g fats, 23 g carbs, and 89 calories per 100g of banana. So it will provide you more energy than other junk food plus it is cheaper and healthy food.

Eggs.

Here we have eggs. Boiled eggs are a good and easy way to eat eggs. You can have 6-8 eggs in your snack time. 1 or 2 whole egg and other egg whites. It will give you a lot of protein as per egg white contain 8.6 g of protein. It will also give you many micro-nutrients  it will also provide you 11 g of fat. It is also in rich with vitamin A,B-6,C&D. It also contain iron, magnesium and calcium. So it will be cheap and healthy snack for your day. 

Milk.
Milk is nutrient rich white liquid. It is one of the best thing which you can drink at your snack time. You can also add different products like honey, nutella and other stuff to make it more enjoyable. A 100 g milk provides you 42 calories 10 g of fats and 15 g of protein. It is also in rich with calcium which is very healthy for your bones. Stronger bones are also important as strong muscles. |For that you need to drink at least 1 cup of milk daily. It will provide you other minerals and micro nutrients which are beneficial for your body.
